Terms of use

Last updated 20 October 2026

These terms cover your use of Poolie Finance (the website, the tracker and The Poolside). By creating an account or using the site, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use Poolie.

1. What Poolie does

Poolie reads public blockchain data and shows it back to you: your liquidity positions, their value, fees and profit and loss. Poolie never holds your funds, never asks for your private keys or seed phrase, and can't move anything in your wallets.

2. Your account

3. Plans and trials

4. Referrals

Each account has a referral link. When someone new signs up with it and then pays for a subscription, you get one free month. Sign-ups during the beta are recorded and count once billing starts. Referral rewards are free months only, never cash. We don't credit self-referrals, duplicate accounts or sign-ups that look automated, and we can remove months earned that way.

5. The Poolside and your posts

6. Data accuracy

Numbers come from on-chain data and public price sources. They can be late, incomplete or wrong, especially for new protocols or unusual positions. Check anything important yourself before you act on it. Poolie gives information, not advice.

7. Acceptable use

Don't try to break, overload or get around the security of the site, scrape it at scale, or access other people's accounts.

8. Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that can't be excluded. Apart from those rights, Poolie is provided "as is", and we're not liable for losses from trading or liquidity decisions you make, or for outages and data errors. Where our liability can be limited, it's limited to resupplying the service or refunding what you paid us in the last 12 months.

9. Closing your account

You can delete your account any time from the Account page. We can close accounts that break these terms.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. If a change matters, we'll tell you on the site before it applies. These terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia.
